Privacy at every step of the data journey
Each stage of processing carries its own obligation under the DPDP Act and ISO/IEC 27701.
Privacy compliance is not a one-time project. It is a responsibility someone carries every month.
Dr. Sanjay Vaid, Invocore
Privacy needs a named owner
Data protection laws expect organisations to manage personal data responsibly and to be able to show it. Many organisations need the expertise of a Data Protection Officer without a full-time hire. Our DPO service provides that role on a retainer.
The challenge
Why this matters now
The DPDP Act and global laws such as GDPR place ongoing duties on organisations that process personal data. Requests must be answered on time, breaches assessed and reported, and new processing reviewed for risk.
Our DPO service gives you an expert who carries those responsibilities every month, working with your teams and keeping clear records that show compliance.
DPDP Act
India's data protection law sets clear duties for data fiduciaries.
Customer trust
Customers expect transparency and control over their data.
Global operations
Many organisations must meet both DPDP and GDPR.

Frequently asked questions
Does the DPDP Act require a DPO?
Significant Data Fiduciaries must appoint a DPO based in India; others benefit from a named privacy lead.
Can you cover GDPR as well?
Yes. We support organisations subject to both the DPDP Act and GDPR.
Does this replace ISO 27701?
No, but the two work well together. ISO/IEC 27701 provides the management system the DPO oversees.
